Hazard: The regulators on some of these grills may have leaked gas which ignited, presenting a risk of fire or burns.
Incidents/Injuries: None
Description: This recall involves the Iroda O-Grill 1000 and the Iroda O-Grill 3000. ShopHQ (formerly ShopNBC) sold only the Iroda O-Grill 1000 under the sku B55122.
Affected grills can be identified by the UPC and serial numbers listed below. Customers can find the serial number on the rear plastic housing of the grill and on the retail box. Affected grills can also be identified by looking at the cylindrical regulator cover where the propane bottle screws in. The covers for affected frills do not have horizontal ventilation holes. Grills that have the horizontal ventilation holes in the regulator cover where the propane bottle screws in are not subject to the recall
Affected grills also have the following identifying information located on a label on the rear plastic housing of the grill and on the retail box:
