Smoked Cajun Style Venison Brats: Venison, pork, beef, water, salt, onion, red pepper, spices, corn syrup solids, sodium tripolyphosphate, sugar, garlic, parsley, sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite.

Smoked Elk Cheddarwursts: Elk, pork, beef, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto [vegetable color], micro crystalline cellulose added to prevent caking), water, salt, dextrose, spices, sodium tripolyphosphate, thorbate, mustard, garlic powder, sugar, sodium nitrite and sodium citrate.
