Simmer and sear, concoct a stew or cook a casserole. With a sauteuse pan this big on your counter you have no shortage of options! When something's going to be in such heavy rotation it doesn't hurt that the diamond-infused exterior comes in so many bold color choices. There's a clear lid so you can observe the progress of your latest project without letting moisture fly free. The nonstick interior is also up to the task of being a day-in, day-out workhorse on the stove and in the oven. Once it's cooled and the food's been dished out, wipe it clean quickly and easily.
