You’re looking to make that perfect sponge cake, a delightfully creamy cheesecake or perhaps you simply need a new spring form pan to add to your collection.

Why do you need a spring form pan, you might wonder? We’re glad you asked! A spring form pan works with spring technology to help hold your cake in place even when you remove the outside edges of it. That way you hopefully don’t end up with a crumbled mess, rather you get a beautiful masterpiece to show-off at your next party. Made of carbon steel and featuring a diamond infusion to help with durability, both the platter and form ring are made to withstand high heat. The platter features silicone handles to grab your tasty treats easily. You could even use the tray on its own as a serving platter with a pop of color for a fantastic display piece that will wow just as much as your baked goods.
