Use twice a day. Guide the brush head from tooth to tooth, spending a few seconds on the surface of each tooth. Gently wiggle the tips of the bristles between your teeth and gum line for optimum performance. Brush on your chewing surface and the inside of your teeth. Your finger or palm must be touching the switch plate while brushing. Read the user guide for full instructions.
