Invicta: A History of Quality
Latin for “invincible,” Invicta’s story began in 1837 in Switzerland when founder Raphael Piccard had the notion to bring fine timepieces to the masses at an affordable price. The company soon began handcrafting quality timepieces with both automatic and manual movements of the utmost care and craftsmanship. Invicta’s fine tradition carried on into the 1970s when the quartz movement phenomenon quelled the Swiss timepiece industry. Holding firm to the principles of the founder, the descendants of the Invicta family re-established the brand in 1991. Their mission was simple: to meet the customer's demand for incredibly crafted items offering what they needed at a price they could afford. Years later, this reinvigorated tradition at the very heart of the Invicta philosophy is still beating strong.

The Bull with Five Horns: Harnessing the Essence of the Mighty Quinotaur
A mythical sea creature of Frankish literature, the Quinotaur's legend was first incepted sometime around the 7th century. Translating from Latin to "the bull with five horns," the Quinotaur's appearance resembled the body of a giant sea serpent crossed with the head of a Minotaur. According to legend, the Quinotaur could not only brave the darkest depths of the ocean but also strike fear into the hearts of its enemies. While they aren't built by the gods, these timepieces were created with quality and care worthy of the name Quinotaur.

The Leviathan Collection
Tracing its origins to the Tanakh and Bible, the leviathan is a sea creature that has been interpreted differently throughout the ages. Early versions associated the leviathan with a demon sea monster, such as a sea dragon, while later descriptions describe any natural large sea creature, such as a whale or crocodile. In Moby Dick, Herman Melville referred to his white sperm whale as a leviathan. In modern Hebrew, it simply refers to a whale. Today, the term leviathan has come to symbolize the largest or most massive thing of its kind.
