How do I edit frequency of my AutoDelivery Program?

If you would like to edit the frequency of your AutoDelivery Program sign into "My Account" and click on "Manage AutoDelivery Program"; and select the program you would like to edit. Edit frequency will only appear if the program is not on hold.

How do I edit my next shipment date for AutoDelivery Program?

If you would like to edit your next shipment date of your AutoDelivery Program(s) sign into "My Account" and click on "Manage AutoDelivery Program"; and select the program you would like to edit. Select "Edit Next Shipment Date" and click on a date from the calendar, and save.

How do I edit my shipping address for AutoDelivery Program?

If you would like to edit the shipping address of your AutoDelivery Program(s) sign into "My Account" and click on "Manage AutoDelivery Program"; and select the program you would like to edit. Select "Edit Shipping Address" and edit your address or add a new shipping address.
Please note: By editing your primary address in "My Address Book" it will not automatically update your AutoDelivery address.

How do I edit my credit card information for AutoDelivery Program?

If you would like to edit your credit card information of your AutoDelivery Program(s) sign into "My Account" and click on "Manage AutoDelivery Program"; and select the program you would like to edit. Select "Edit Credit Card information" and edit your credit card or add a new credit card.

How do I place my AutoDelivery Program on hold?

If you would like to place your AutoDelivery Program(s) on hold sign into "My Account and click on "Manage AutoDelivery Program"; and select the program you would like to edit. Select "Place AutoDelivery on Hold" and remove at anytime.

  • From Main Menu Press 3 for ShopHQ credit card and other options.
  • From Other Options Menu Press 4 to manage AutoDelivery Programs.
  • Press 2 to Hold an AutoDelivery Program.
  • You can then choose to Hold by most recent AutoDelivery Program eligible, look up by order, look up by item number or choose to hear a list.
Please note: A program that is already in process will still be shipped. If the program is placed on hold for three consecutive delivery dates the program will be automatically cancelled.

How do I cancel my AutoDelivery Program?

If you would like to cancel your AutoDelivery Program(s) sign into "My Account and click on "Manage AutoDelivery Program"; and select the program you would like to cancel. Select "Cancel AutoDelivery Program" for that program.

  • Press 1 to cancel an AutoDelivery Program.
  • You can then cancel by most recent AutoDelivery Program eligible, look up by order, look up by item number or choose to hear a list.
Please note: By returning your first AutoDelivery order it will not automatically cancel future shipments. Please cancel your AutoDelivery Program on your return form, cancel online or email ShopHQ Customer Service customerservice@shophq.com.
