Thomas Kinkade Portfolio Collection "Cobblestone" Framed Print

This framed portfolio collection features three beautiful images: Cobblestone Bridge, Cobblestone Lane and Cobblestone Brooke. It is beautifully framed in a beaded gold frame molding and a cream colored mat. Also comes with a brass nameplate and a certificate of authenticity. It is an excellent gift item for any and every season - or perfect for a house warming gift.

Recently Nanette and I explored a new corner of the British Isles: the Hampshire region in southwest England. As we walked its quaint paths, I felt a longing for a time when rambling was a preferred mode of transportation. Cobblestone Bridge is bathed in the light of a golden nostalgic sunset, the glow of oil lamps, firelight in the thatch-roofed cottages, and the yearnings in my heart. The stately old bridge is constructed with fieldstone's and the thatched roofs are built up from bundles of reeds. In the world of Cobblestone Bridge, man and nature live in God's perfect balance. While we visited, Nanette and I shared in that harmony. Cobblestone Lane I wends its way through a rustic village. The very unevenness of the cobbled path adds a sense of adventure that awakens our senses; we hear birdsong, feel the bracing mist of the morning, pluck a ripe apple to savor its sweet juice, smell the mingled scents, enjoy the play of sunlight and shade. Cobblestone Brooke is inspired by Castle Combe, in England's Wiltshire District. Nanette and I discovered this charming village during our wanderings over the British countryside, and fell in love."
