Deadliest Catch (4 lbs) Bairdi Wild Caught Premium Alaskan Queen Crab
You’ve watched Deadliest Catch from the comfort of your living room, why not have some of the spoils of their Bearing Sea fishing for your home? These mouthwatering and, shall we say, regal crab legs are sure to set your taste buds dancing. Caught in the wild, these crabs are fished during the peak of their season and frozen to ensure freshness when they’re delivered to your home. Cook these how you like – steam, sauté or maybe you’ll grill them up – and get ready to enjoy their tender texture with a sweet, delicate flavor. Dunking in butter is option but we never say no to butter sauce.

  • One 4 lbs Box of Bairdi Queen Crab - Approximate Piece Count: 5-6

Additional Information:
  • Shelf Life: Up to one year frozen
  • Country of Origin: USA

Preparation Instructions: Thawing: Place Crab on a shallow pan or tray that drains easily and place this pan into a larger one to contain the drippings. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8-10 hours, or overnight. Handling: Keep frozen until ready to use. For best results, thaw before cooking. STEAM: Fill large pot with 3/4 inch of water. Place a steam basket in pot and bring to a boil. Place thawed Crab in basket; reduce heat, cover and steam for about 5 minutes, until crab is heated through. SAUTE: Start with serving-sized pieces of Crab in the shell, or out. Melt butter or oil in a pan, stir in Crab and sauté lightly for 3-5 minutes, until heated through. When sautéing other ingredients, add Crab during last 5 minutes of Cooking. GRILL: Place Crab on well-oiled grill a few inches above hot coals for 5 minutes until heated through.
