Care instructions: Before using your new Cook's Companion bakeware, clean your bakeware using a non-abrasive sponge or dishcloth with hot soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Clean the interior and exterior of pan with a plastic or nylon pad in hot, soapy water or in an automatic dishwasher. Do not scour with steel wool, metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners. Dry thoroughly before storage. Always allow your bakeware to cool before immersing in water. Always use oven mitts or potholders when handling hot bakeware. Do not use in microwave.
