**Important: Knives are very sharp and can cut easily. Handle knives with extreme care. Never try to catch a falling knife and never cover it with towels or other objects. When handling a knife to another person, always pass it handle first. Do not test the sharpness of the blade by running your finger along its edge.
**Care Instructions: Hand wash only. Use mild detergent and wipe blade clean. Dry completely from the back of knife to the cutting edge, not from the handle to the tip. Wash knives separately from other utensils or dishes. The steel blade may tarnish if acidic foods are not wipe off after slicing. If this occurs, use a non-abrasive metal polish to remove stain. The cutting surface should be smooth, easy to clean and "give" on contact. Polyethylene or wooden cutting boards make ideal cutting surfaces. Avoid hard surfaces. Do not store knives with other utensils.
